My Story
Dr. G. Satya Priya, a distinguished Consultant at Maa Fetal Medicine Centre, upholds the guiding principle of "DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY."
Her profound joy in contributing to the miracle of childbirth led her to pursue a career as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Naturally, after her post-graduation, she chose to specialize in Fetal Medicine, captivated by its scientific exploration of the unborn child and their medical and surgical interventions.
Fetal Medicine - The science involving the unborn child and their medical and surgical interventions was very appealing to her.
Having completed her fellowship in Fetal Medicine from RFMCRI and obtaining certifications from FMF, UK, Dr. G. Satya Priya actively engages in sharing her knowledge and expertise. Her remarkable achievements include presenting numerous papers at national and international conferences, receiving recognition and accolades for her contributions. Notably, she was awarded the 3rd prize for her paper presentation on Correctable Fetal Anomalies at the FOGSI ICOG National Congress on Principles, Protocols, and Practices in OBGYN in November 2018, and secured the 2nd prize in a quiz during the same conference. Amidst the pandemic, she effectively utilized webinar platforms to present intriguing cases, receiving praise for her engaging presentations.
In April 2021, Dr. G. Satya Priya presented a case of a supernumerary limb in a fetus at the ISUOG virtual international symposium, and in June 2021, she presented an i poster on Correctable Fetal Anomalies at the RCOG virtual world congress. Additionally, she completed the Mid Trimester Anomaly Scan certificate course by ISUOG.
Recognized for her expertise and dedication, Dr. G. Satya Priya was invited to present a topic on Non-visualization of Fetal Gall Bladder in the 2nd trimester and its outcomes as part of a Journal club by FMF India, receiving commendation for her presentation. She also successfully completed the 6-month certificate course in Fetal Medicine from ICOG and was honored with the All India 2nd Merit award for her outstanding performance.
Her passion for staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field of Fetal Medicine is unwavering, driven by a heartfelt commitment to support and care for expectant mothers like a nurturing mother herself, aligning perfectly with the motto of Maa Fetal Medicine Centre.
