Fetal echocardiography is the complete evaluation of the fetal heart including the anatomy and the functioning. It is done between 24 – 26 weeks of gestation as at this gestation the imaging of fetal heart is optimal. During this scan we obtain images of fetal heart in various planes such as – 4 chamber view 3 vessel view of heart 3 vessel trachea view LVOT RVOT Cavocaval view Aortic arch view
